As we head into the second half of 2022, we all continue to be affected by COVID-19.
As always, our priority is to the welfare of our patients and staff. With the rise in cases, it may become necessary for our clinics to operate at reduced capacity, as we continue to manage best practice hygiene standards and our staff adhere to testing and isolation requirements. This may also have an impact on service availabilities, in particular staff being available to answer phone calls. We are committed to our patients, and we’d like to reassure you that our team is doing their absolute best to accommodate and support everyone in these challenging times.
We understand this can be difficult as changes occur, however we ask that you continue to be kind to our team as they strive to adapt and accommodate the needs and expectations of all our valued patients and clients.
In managing potential COVID exposures in clinic, it is possible that sudden closures may occur. This will mean we will need to cancel scheduled bookings - please be assured that we will do our best to assist you in scheduling another appointment as soon as it safe and appropriate to do so.
We would also ask that you help us keep everyone COVID safe throughout your experience in clinic, sanitizing you hands and keeping a safe distance from each other. This is to protect our patients, our staff, and the community, as we continue to provide a safe environment for everyone.
As we transition to living with COVID we will keep learning and adapting. We will continue to keep you updated with any changes as they arise so we can keep providing our patients with the safest and highest standard of service possible.
Thank you again for continuing to support Dynamic Prosthetics & Orthotics. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in clinic soon.
